TK DocuStore™ is a rebranded application which utilizes all of the back-end functionality of SOS Online Backup. As part of our partnership agreement with SOS, their technical support engineers have agreed to provide assistance to our customers.

When you submit a "Support Request" it will get sent immediately to the SOS Technical Support team who will respond as if you were using their originial application.

An automated email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your request with the Case Number for future reference. SOS Technicians will contact you directly to help resolve your issue.
